convenient location, pleasant experience
helpful staff clean room excellent location
I found the staff very helpful and accommodating . The room was clean, and i really appreciated that. The location was superb, right across from the train station.
The elevator was quite slow and small, so accessing upper floors took extra time.

perfect location and lovely staff

The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. the location is great. It's easy to explore everything. the staff at reception were really helpful.
the lack of air conditioning was a definite downside, i wish i had known this in advance!

limited space damaged furniture
The location was acceptable. It offered proximity to transportation.
The room I stayed in was disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. It felt small. There was barely space to move around with luggage. some of the furniture looked old and damaged. I found chips and dents on the bedside table, made the room appear less appealing.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. I had a standard twin room, and it was a GOOD size. the location is great. The airport bus is VERY close.

My room was a Standard Double Room Princes Street View. The castle view from the room was really good. I appreciated having dressing gown slips provided with a nice prosecco bottle. The king-size bed proved very comfortable. I slept soundly.
The hotel has many stairs. staff assisted with luggage quickly.

Staff provided immediate assistance with luggage upon arrival. They were always helpful and attentive. The service added a level of ease to my stay.

Breakfast featured haggis. It was the best I have tasted. The bar area was pleasant, I found it cute after a day of exploring. It was a great spot.

The location offers great access to public transportation. The hotel provided a kettle, hairdryer, and ironing station within the room. These additions were convenient for my travel needs, it helped me feel at home.

dated room old door locks
the location was great for getting around. the train station was close.
i was pretty disappointed by my room. it was really dated and felt dark. the door locks seemed old too and they didnt give me much confidence. i felt uneasy as a solo traveler.
